Oklahoma City, OKOur project scope was limited to the finish out of the Network Operation Center (NOC) located in a building of 13,000 sq. ft. designed to withstand a direct hit by an F5 tornado. The black and white images were gathered throughout the construction phases. The collages of photos are displayed in the NOC to showcase the history of the facility. Rees Masilionis Turley designed the shell building.
